Lindsey Stinson, Owner
Lindsey is a third-generation landman with 24 years of experience spanning mineral title, surface projects, acquisitions and divestitures, right-of-way, and complex land initiatives throughout the Rocky Mountain region.
Before acquiring Pacer Energy, LLC, she founded and operated DKS Land Services, a firm specializing in mineral title, due diligence, and comprehensive land support for energy and infrastructure development.
She is a long-standing member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and an active leader within the Wyoming Association of Professional Landmen (WAPL). Lindsey currently serves on the University of Wyoming's Industry Advisory Board and on the WAPL Executive Committee. Throughout her career, she has contributed to numerous committees for both WAPL and AAPL.
With deep Rockies knowledge, strong stakeholder relationships, and a commitment to ethical, accurate land work, Lindsey brings trusted leadership and high-level expertise to every project she leads.

Joseph was a highly respected landman with 19 years of experience serving clients throughout the Rocky Mountain region and beyond.
Before acquiring Pacer Energy, LLC, he owned and operated Tessaro Energy Consultants, providing mineral title research, leasing services, and comprehensive land support for energy and infrastructure projects.
He was a long-standing member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and a dedicated leader within the Wyoming Association of Professional Landmen (WAPL). Joseph served on the WAPL Executive Committee, held the role of WAPL President (FY 2017), and contributed to numerous AAPL committees and professional initiatives throughout his career.
Joseph's deep knowledge, professionalism, and integrity helped shape Pacer Energy into the company it is today. His impact on clients, colleagues, and the land community continues to guide our work.
